• Log in and click on your user symbol in the top right corner of our website.
  • Click on 'Account' in the menu on the left.
  • The menu item 'Account' is split into a total of four areas: 'Personal Details' (personal information such as your name, address and country, 'Account' (details regarding your gaming account such as your password, security question and nickname), 'Bank Details' (detailed information regarding your bank account) and 'Documents' (here you will see all the documents you have provided and their verification status).
  • Edit the data you want to change and then click on 'Save'.

Please note that you cannot change any data shown in the personal detail area or your nickname once you have registered. If you want to change any personal data please contact our customer care department (soporte@starvegas.es).
